MINDFULLY FIT APP FAQ

The Mindfully Fit App with Paris James is available on both Apple and Android! Simply head to the App Store or Play Store, search for the app under the name “Mindfully Fit with Paris James” and download! 

The app is 100% FREE to download and there are some FREE classes! 

To access and unlock premium content, there are three options: 

  1. A monthly subscription fee $9.99 for the month of November (If you purchase this now, you will lock in the $9.99 price for a year. After November 2021, it will increase to $14.99 monthly 

 

  1. A yearly, subscription fee- November special $99 USD and December onwards it’s $119.99 USD  

 

  1. A one time purchase  lifetime fee of $399 USD

This app is certainly going to be your new best friend! The app is designed for beginners in mind, as well as intermediate and advanced practitioners. Simply search for the beginners or all levels tab to find the classes that are right for you! If you are now getting started with Yoga, the “28 Day Beginner Yoga Challenge” is perfect! 

Yes you can download the classes, courses, challenges and more so that you can view them offline! Simply click the download button to the right hand corner, and you can download  for offline use. This app is designed for you to practice anytime and anywhere! 

New content (classes, challenges, meditations etc.) will be added weekly!

There will be a wide range of classes for your access; Restorative/Yin, Power Yoga, Power Sculpt, Pose focused classes and more! 

There is also a section specifically designed for fitness and flexibility routines so you can follow along to timed routines to help you get deeper into your practice! 

You absolutely do not need any equipment to start but some things I would recommend having are: Comfy clothes, a clear space, and a yoga mat! 

If you don’t currently have a mat you can practice in an area with soft carpet but a mat is definitely a great investment! 

Other props include Yoga blocks, a bolster, a yoga strap, and resistance bands/ankle weights for fitness videos! 

Don’t worry if you are just getting started on this journey and you don’t have anything as yet – that’s completely normal! I started off in a small basement with zero equipment, so take your time and see where your practice takes you!

Hi everyone! I’m Paris and I’m your Yoga & Fitness BFF! I graduated from the University of Toronto with high distinction and an Hons. BSC. in Biochemistry and Neuroscience. I am a science nerd, but my passion is practicing and teaching yoga. I am certified by the International Yoga Alliance and accredited by the New York University in Yoga & Physiology. I’ve been teaching for about 3 years now and I love creating a safe space for everyone to unlock their strengths and their full potential, on and off the mat. 

I want to merge my passion for science with my love of yoga to help you bring your mind and body into balance, and live your best life through yoga, fitness and wellness. I am the founder of the Mindfully Fit Lifestyle Brand and this app is all about bringing the Mindfully Fit Fam together so that we can practice together and get stronger. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from at least 5-10 minutes of daily yoga, mindfulness and self care! 

I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together. My aim is to be your best friend on this journey and through yoga, fitness, mindfulness & self-care, we will truly bring our mind and bodies into balance, and welcome ourselves home.
