Reformer Pilates is similar, yet different to mat based Pilates. Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates Reformer machine, and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates, as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of springs with different strengths.

Mat Pilates is is an accessible, low impact exercise that can build strength, improve posture and support a mind-body connection
Through this class, we will be exploring the Classical Joseph Pilates Mat Sequence, ft. a contemporary touch with added weights, resistance bands, magic circles, ankle weights & more!

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class, that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and full body, for a deep, relaxing stretch. Students will use their mind and breath to connect to this practice, and hold postures for an extended time, to ensure deep flexibility and relaxation is achieved.
