Paris, I finally started reading your latest two publications on your yoga focus. I feel like you wrote one big letter to me specifically designed for me.
This book, through the yoga explained and the way that you have fashioned the entire book addresses one of the major issues in my life which I feel like I’m loosing control of at the moment.
I know it’s no magical fix and it will take some time before I feel the true benefits but just from reading your book alone I have found something that was lacking greatly before…HOPE. There is a calm associated with this that is already helping my mental state knowing now that I may have an avenue to manage my overthinking and my anxiety.
My family and friends have tried their best but its really up to me and my mind and I feel like these books are the perfect tools to equip me with the foundation for moving forward and grasping self- sufficiency and self-realization. I am so grateful to have this experience.
I am eager to start practicing what I read and I will for sure be spreading the word about my journey to all that I know.
